But I 'm really getting sick and impatient with Sony being so slow with improving things for PSP users in the US. Their firmware updates are lame, it still blows we only have a black PSP in the US and it's bulls**t you need a PS3 to be able to buy PS1 games online for the PSP. The rumors that Sony might ditch the UMDs all together int he future makes me even more mad, which would make me stuck with a huge library of games i might not even be able to play on a PSP2... I'm a hardcore PSP fan but i'm not so much a big Sony fan anymore as I used to. It feels like they're letting their loyal customers down. In the mean time the homebrew community is developing cooler things than Sony could ever come up with and at a faster pace. I've spent enough on their expensive s**t already so far i'd say and it's time i get some more functionality out of my PSP. I'm fed up and Sony can lick my balls if they don't improve things for us damn soon. I can't wait for your downgrader. F.U. SONY! You are really letting your loyal users down. On the back of the UMD (the side that is all silver) on the inner ring around the center there is a printed number. A version of GTA that will work will say "UPDL-010050a1 1". A patched, 2.6, non-exploitable version will say "UPDL-010050a1 2". Very Simple. I went to GameStop and asked the clerk if I could see the disc and I looked at the back and found it first try. |

UPDL 004850 and the case cover has the man carrying gun and airplane, copyrite 2005 etc etc. Careful though, there were shops with seemingly identicle cases but different numbers and were Ver 2.6 updates. Mine has V2.00 update. Best advice is to go to EB and get a pre owned and ask the rep if you can check it out in your PSP. All the ones I treied were most obliging. |
